I had my BIOWIN Bio-Mass boiler installed by NESS Engineering in February 2012. It was installed and commissioned in one day which was great, especially in February. The work was completed to a very high standard and I was extremely happy with the finished product. NESS’s after sales service has been very good and any queries I had were dealt with immediately. NESS have carried out the annual services on the boiler and once again these have been done well. NESS also supply the pellets for the boiler and always seem to have a good stock whenever they are required.
