Between our highly skilled workforce & our range of approved sub-contractors we can cover all your maintenance and project needs. This is supported operationally by our in-house team of dedicated contract managers and a full suite of chartered professionals, which helps to ensure that all projects run smoothly, on-time and on budget.
We provide a ‘one-stop-shop’ service for many of our clients, including advice on statutory compliance, design services, professional services, product supply, accredited installation and finally, carrying out the planned preventative maintenance. These services will always be fully tailored to suit your individual project needs, whatever they may be.
Working in partnership with Investors in People since 2000, we conduct regular assessments and have really focused on the development and wellbeing of our staff, as a result we currently hold the Silver accreditation. As recognition of our long-term commitment to operating apprenticeships, in 2019 we also achieved accreditation from Investors in Young People.
We employ an independent health and safety consultant who leads our Management team with regards to Health, Safety and Quality (HS&Q). Our Managers, in turn, support our site teams in all matters of HS&Q, including pre-construction health and safety plans, site folders, risk assessments and method statements.
